acad-x64d.msi is missing

Dear CAD-Communinty,

I downloaded ACAD 2015 Yesterday and i had no time to download it full. So i stopped right bevore the last Part and now i want to finish it but this happens. What am i supposed to do to run it normal and finish dowloading?

Hello. I see this error all the time. You are likely not missing the file. Honestly, this is probably your Antivirus.

Turn off your Antivirus and then make sure your Antivirus is turned off.

And then check your Task manager to make sure the Antivirus is off again.

And then retest and if it fails, check to make sure there are no Antivirus processes running in the Task Manager because a few AV solutions say they turn off and then don’t- or restart automatically without asking.

The error is pointing to your TEMP directory, which is exactly what Antivirus loves to protect.

Welcome to the community..  Not sure how you downloaded you application but go to the Autodesk Virtual Agent and follow the download links to your product. Download all of the parts first and then go to your download location. Extract (double click) part 1 and in a few seconds the extraction will start. It will then prompt you to extract to C:\Autodesk and once the extraction is finished the installation will start.
