Hello; this is Mehmet Ali, architect.
Because of a "blue screen error", I had to format my PC. In my office, we have a AutoCAD LT 2012 license with 4 seats and all had been activated way before.
Now, after I formatted my PC, I am not able to use the same serial number. I think it is because of I did not have a chance to use OLT or anything like that.
How can I deactivate the one I used before to be able to use it again? Any solutions?
Thanks,
It's possible that you cannot use a 2012 serial number if your product has been upgraded to 2013 and/or has had Subscription lapsed.
Otherwise, if the installation is accepting your serial number, you can call Autodesk Activations to get a new activation code for your installation.
Please call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization:

You will need to provide your serial number and the request code.
