ACAD 2Ki & CDilla problem

Hi
I have 1 workstation (Win2K SP3, EPSON Stylus Color Pro 3000 via LPT1)that keeps requesting a new code, service pack 2 has been installed along with the licence manager update. We have also replaced the hard disk & motherboard as there were some CHKDSK errors on the disk, a bit OTT i know but to try and eliminate the hardware aspect. This is the sixth time ACAD has requested code in as many weeks!

Any ideas would be greatky appreciated.
Thanks
Mark

Every time a new "request code" is issued, an error code is displayed on the
same dialog, like [0020] and so on. What error did you get?

License files are data files like any other, and CHKDSK errors can cause
them to be corrupt. In addition, if you replace the boot drive, you can
move the license to another PC to avoid having to reauthorize.

Note that you should call Support as soon as you see this becoming a
problem, rather than just getting a new auth code over and over.

Please review the following documents (watch out for URLs that might get
line-wrapped):

System changes that can invalidate an authorized license

Changes that do not invalidate an authorized license

Avoiding reauthorization after a system change

License availability after a system change
