ACAD 2011 activation code

I have an activation code that is 14 groups of charecters long yet my application is asking for a code that is 16 groups of charecters long. What is the difference?

 

I have multiple installations of Autodesk products, so I may have them confused.

it is  not necessary to fill all 16 boxes, some cases activation code could fill only 14 boxes. if you get any error on activation try to get a new activation code.
