ACAD 2000 & SAP errors with Routers and Novell 4.11

I have customers going thru a router to get their ACAD license and they get a
FATAL ERROR SECURITY SYSTEM HARDWARE LOCK OR NETWORK
LICENSE IS NOT FUNCTIONING OR IS IMPROPERLY INSTALLED. The
tech support at AUTODESK will only say there is a router problem with SAP 2064
and to sure it isn't being blocked at the router(it isn't) and to set it to broadcast
the path to the router. AS far as I know you can't set a SAP to broadcast something.

Anyone else have this problem?

Debbie,

What can be done on routers is SAP filtering and if
2064 is filtered, AutoCAD will not run.  You also need to set the
ACADSERVER variable on all workstations on remote sides of routers from the AdLM
server.  In the case of Netware AdLM servers, the value of ACADSERVER must
be upper case.
