ABS 2007.1 Home Companion Install

I was issued a Home Use companion License for ABS 2007.1...It installs up until the very last moments of installation the hangs with the following error............You have insufficient rights. Restart your computer, login with local administrator rights and try again to complete the installation.
Error [4.387.1007]..............I am always logging in with full admin rights as my user. Anyone have any suggestions. After it hangs it completes through the install cycle...but when I try to launch the program it gives me a license error.

Think of anything else that might limit the access of the installer to
update your system.

For example, turn off or uninstall any antivirus or antispyware software.

I always make sure the anti-virus software is disabled and the windows firewall is off when attempting the installation procedure. In the upper left corner of the error window it highlights "MSIED" and then when I hit OK another box comes up with the red X and "MSIEE" and gives me the OK option.
