Why does a purchase to simply add a seat take a week or better to get it?...
our dealer says now it goes through several parties before it gets to Autodesk to release the license code to allow the new seat to be used... but ironically only 4 softwares are like this... vinilla autocad is one of them. Verticals like Adt or Mech a little more like a phone call away.

It seems the Verticals have fallen into this pattern as well - I ordered an additional Civil3d license on Monday and they are now telling me next week for the codes. I could live with the 48 hours it used to be, but a week.
