Other details:

I created a deployment using the supplied tool for the installation.

Our client's use Windows XP Professional with SP3 and meet all the required software and hardware requirements.

I have updated LMTOOLS to version 11.7 and the license file has been updated.

The time on all of our clients is correct and synced with the license server (I seen this in another post as a fix).

I have re-downloading the Inventor 2011 installation files and tried recreating the deployment with less components.

I have tried performing a manual install and also installing the deployment on several different machines.

All required ports are open.

Other deployments work fine and the software is running from 1 license server (Inventor 2010, Inventor 2009. AutoCAD 2011, 2010, 2009, 2007. Revit 2011, 2010. MAYA 2010. SOFTIMAGE 2010. 3DSTUDIO MAX 2010. VIZ 2008. and a few others).

Please help,

Regards,

Wayne

Considering I have not purchased a license to use Autodesk products since 2001, this note by Autodesk or whomever is unique/mystifying at best!
No attempt has been made to purchase an additional license. What was alarming is that what I paid could not be used in future upgrades of Microsoft products, thus the immense $$ I paid went to the wayside, even if retired, so that home projects could not be worked on in my idle time.

Post your debug log file.  It will help determine your 0.0.0 error.  Generally it is due to the wrong adskflex.exe version, mismatch in date/time/timezone, or the wrong product being installed at the client causing a license mismatch.

Hello @sepls,

Welcome.

Just to add. You posted a -15.570 Licensing Error that you receive on the Client computer.

We will need some more information:

Do other client computers pull/get a license?

Is there an options file in place that could be restricting?

Can you bind your license file to a port and try to restart the service (Bind to port 27005 and retry)?

You can try the following to test connectivity to the server from the client computer:

  1. Using Internet Explorer to check if the ports used for licensing are open
  2. Open port 2080 for adskflex, and open ports 27000 through 27009 for lmgrd

Let us know if you need some more suggestions & please be sure to provide us with this information. Thank you.
