I have tried to install the free version of DWG TrueView 4 times witht he same error. Windows 7 x64, we have version 2012 previeously installed. ANy help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a problem installed called "Displaylink Core Software"? It has been known to cause our software installers to crash. You will need to uninstall it up update it to the latest version if it is present on your system.
When that crash happens are you prompted to submit a crash report to Autodesk? If so, what was the report number?

I am also getting the same error in my computer, kindly update the solution as soon as possible, there is no displayink application has installed on my machine.
