98% of the time I can't login to download, and the other 2% it doesn't work

so, 98% of the time i go to login tothe site for student downloads and i put my info and login, and teh pop up screen changes to this. 

if i do get past the login and download autodesk, half the time it works and half the time it says "no entry point". when it does work and i go to download Maya and put in my serial numbers and think i finally have got it all going right, it ALWAYS ends with these errors:

i have been doing this on and off for over 3 days with a total of me trying for over 7 hours of nothing but trying to install this one program. i am so horribly beyond frustarted now.... it's amazing.

any help?

Try to download the software via browser

before installation uninstall the software from control panel.
