Hi, can I run 64-bit AutoCAD LT 2012 on this CPU: 4th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-4210U processor (3M Cache 2.7 GHz)

Processor is fine, the rest of youtr system and chosen OS may be the bigger problem.

Here are specs of the laptop we are considering.
Person using it is not full-time at the computer, maybe 2-3 hours per day
at most, construction industry for home and small office buildings.
