5 out of 8 remianing

I have downloaded Reviit 2011 with no problem. However, I need Revit 2012 because my school uses it and now my 2011 file has been upgraded and I cant step down. But when I install Revit 2012 it stops at the 5 of 8 content download and freezes. On a prior post, someone had the same issue and was advised to download firefox and use the browser download option. What exactly does that mean and what if that does not work? Obviously, the file is messed up because I can download Revit 2012 fine? FYI, I have windows 7 with 500 free GB and my computer is 2 months old (TOSHIBA). Thanks

This is the error message I get in setup. By the way, the materials and design review 2012 installed, but not the revit architetecture 2012 content.
