Hello i got a serious problem when i need to close my 3dsmax the software freeze completely and i cant get it to close for more than 30 min i then use the task manager to kill the process. The curious thing is that the program perform perfectly and the problem only happen when i need to close it

I have tried to reinstall it twice and to remove the auto save when it close option to see if that was the problem to no avail.

Anyone got any idea how to fix that?

Check to see if your InfoCenter is hanging on close. Might be able to kill wscommcntr2.exe or disable it in your application altogether.
