I have had 3DS Max 2010 running on my system for a while, However it recently stopped working, during the splash screen while on managedbootstrap.gup it crashes. I sent a report but have not heard back. I have since reinstalled 3DS max 2010 but get the same errors and I have downloaded the latest hotfixes and still have no luck. I have read other people having this same problem but there are no fixes for it that I can see. Can someone help me?
