3ds max install error

two day ago i downloaded autodesk 3ds max 2014 trial version by browser download method from official site. When i run self extractor it starting extracting data but in middle it stuck.. Even i tried it as admin but still not working.. Plz anyone tell me the solution for it

Can you try downloading it via the Virtual Agent (#3) noted here:
