3ds max download manager not working

Hello all, im a bit of a newbie to forums so heres my problem,


Im trying to download 3ds max student version 2013 64 bit english wit the download manager


When i click download now it open the dowload manager, which then opens an error message


"Server not Responding"


The download does not appear on screen (in the manager) at all before te messagebox is shown.


Does anybody know what is happening?


Here are my system details if it helps:


Windows edition: Windows 8

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz

Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.90 GB usable)

System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

Windows is activated

Hello and welcome to the forums.


I would suggest to download Revit 2013 via Autodesk virtual agent interface:

  1. Go to
  2. At the bottom of the page, beneath "Help and Support," click "Customer Service."
  3. Click the "Ask" button.
  4. In the Virtual Agent window, click "Download Links."
  5. Click on “3ds Max Products”  and then “Autodesk 3ds Max
  6. Click the appropriate product to start downloading.
