Are you installing the product from a downloaded installer or media (USB drive or DVD) and at which point did you encounter the error (a screenshot will be good). What is the OS you are using and what is the prouct version?
For now, please download the product installer from Autodesk Virtual Agent site.
**Select [Downloading and Installation] --> [Software Download Links] --> [I need to redownload my product]. Then, select the product you need for download.
