3ds Max can't find mental ray DLLS

Hey guys, I really need help, I have windows 8 pro, and just installed 3ds Max 2014, as well as 2012, just to try both after experiencing this issue.  The problem that I have, is that 3ds Max loads fine, but then the error window pops up saying that it couldn't load a bunch of mental ray DLLs, and says this whenever I touch anything related to mental ray.  Attached is a pic of the error window.  I really need help with this and anything would be appreciated

You didn't attach a pic.  Furthermore, 2012 products are not supported on Win 8.

when I view the post I see the pic... but anyway got it figured out. if anyone else has the problem, yes ALL autodesk products work in windows 8, HOWEVER, windows 8 doesnt know to tell the autodesk program to look inside its own folder for the DLLs, so 3ds max and maya both thought the Dlls were missing, when they were in their correct folders. I  just had to copy the dlls that were causing the error to the outer most autodesk folder, and all works fine now.
