3ds Max 2015 Download stuck

Hi 

I've been trying to install 3ds Max 2015 Student edition on my Windows 7 64bit laptop.

However, when I run the installation file the download get stuck at 25mb at stage 3 of 7 (Autodesk Material Library 2015 - Medium...)

I've disabled windows firewall along with Avast anti virus. And the issue still persists.

Any help would be greatly apprecietated.

I would recommend that you try downloading your product using the virtual assistant by following the directions here:
