3ds Max 2014 error message problem with Windows Installer Package

I am trying to install student version of 3ds Max 2014 on Windows 7. Every time during installation an error message occurs saying 'There is a problem with this Windows Installer Package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Any ideas on how to correct this would be much appreciated. I have also attached the installation log file.

Can you rena,e the C:\Autodesk folder to C:\Autodesk2 and redownload the software using a browser downlod:
