3ds max 2013 windows 32-bit won't install via Google Chrome browser downloader.

I've tried every method to successfully install my student version of this software and have finally hit the last resort. The browers has downloaded the software and when I click on the tab to open it, I get a dialogue box that asks me to run or cancel. I obviously click run and then wait... and wait... and wait! Nothing happens! This is really frustrating me because I'm needing this software asap for my university portfolio!

Can you try out the suggested solution in this Autodesk Solution and see if that helps out?

Additionally, you may also try to re-download the software from our Virtual Agent. From there, click on Download Links -> 3ds Max Products -> Autodesk 3ds Max -> Click on the link under 2013.
