After removing all my autodesk products using the instructions in the service and support section, I can not reinstall 3dstudio Max. The reinstall of Architecture was successful and the database that was corrupted has been restored.
So now I need help with understanding why I can get Studio to install. Below is the log that was created during the install attempt. I noted in the log where it failed in both "Normal" and "Safe" modes. Please help me to figure out what I need to do to get this thing installed. Thanks.
