3ds Max 13 problem with Nitrous and OpenGL

Whenever I run 3ds Max with Nitrous, I get 4 blank view ports and I have no idea how to get it to work. I have managed to fix this problem by changing to OpenGL (not DirectX as it causes 3ds to crash). However, whenever I try to run scripts, it requires me to use Nitrous. Is there any way to fix this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Is it possible that you just need to update to a certified WHQL video driver, perhaps?

Make sure you are running Update 6, which fixes some Nitrous issues as well.

It's been awhile (only had just recently regained access to my workstation), but I have tried running the patched you linked but the problem still persists
