3d max 2012 unable to transfer license

Hi,

 

i need to transfer the current 3d max 2012 to a new desktop. But when I tried to export the license it showing error. Please help!

I have already sent an activation code in a separate email. Please do not post your Serial Number or any confidential data on the forum.
