2012 3ds max product key invalid?

So.. I recently signed up for the education 3 year trial for the autodesk 3ds max 202

It should be in the section that you downloaded the software.  If you can't find it, you can get it here:

I got it from a browser download.. and I have the right key.
The red x pops up still.
