2005 deploy

I have one user that after deploying 2005 LD is prompted at launch for a registration or option to use for thirty days. Licenses are networked from server in Lexington, local deploy in Cincinnati. User can ping LM server by name but I cant' ping him from my WS or LM server. Router ports 2080, 27000-27009 open. Windows XPSP2 firewall disabled. Any help is appreciated.

Can you ping him from IP address?

Check Help | About. Make sure the network license version is installed, not
the standalone license. Uninstall/reinstall if necessary. I think only the
standalone version prompts for a trial.
