I'm trying to install 200i on another computer with Windows XP because my old computer is crashing. Every time I try the message "Installation ended prematurely because of an error" after it begins the installation. I have gotten past the installation location and to the point of installing.

I tried copying to CD to my computer and tried installing in this manner with the same problems. The same for burning another installation CD from the original.

Any ideas on how to overcome this problem?

You may have to install with admin rights in Windows 2000 or 98 compatibility mode. Good luck. That software is long since retired.
