1721 error on backburner 2014

Problem:

Error 1721 (Autodesk Backburner 2014 will not un-install)

Tryed to find the relevent files it says to look for in the registry, maybe i'm looking in the wrong place.

Done everything I can think of but without that one install gone I cannot re-install the educational software.

Time is a vital factor, should I run perfect un-installer or re-install windows 7?

System Specs:

COSMOS 2 Case

CPU: 3.2Ghz

Motherboard:: ASUS SABERTOOTH X79

Custom Water-cooled, Fans

48Gb RAM

240Gb SSD

10Tb HDD

PSU: 1100Watts

Graphics cards:

 2 x AMD W7000 (CROSSFIRE)

Please help me dig out the problem file.

Thanks

Scott.

To Diagnose and Fix installation problems automatically, please see the new Microsoft tool for this here:

http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall

For more information on the Autodesk KB Support article concerning the clean uninstall of Autodesk products, see this link:

For all other installation problems carefully consider using the Microsoft Installer Clean Up Utility at your own risk. For more information on this program, please thoroughly read my forum post here:

Fix it should be able to uninstall Backburner.

http://upandready.typepad.com/up_and_ready/2012/06/windows-the-basics-of-using-microsoft-fix-it.html

You should also stop any Backburner service if possible.  Start > Services.msc > Look for anything with Backburner and stop it.
