0.1.0011 Error for AutoCAD 2009 based products

A support call was recently was logged and there was an error with activating an AutoCAD 2009 based products.   We tried the following TS's but it did not work:

Activation error 0.1.0011 or 11.1.6011 on computers with Serial ATA hard disk controllers
