GAPM Error 091007

Anyone have an idea about what's going on when I get this error?

ERROR : GAPM 0.6 error 091007: retrieval of data base items for surface conversion and curve conversion and approximation failed

It seems like it just started happening .. and it's happening with old scenes I've already started as well as brand new scenes made even within the hour, suggesting it's not scene-specific.
