can't render, missing shader + installation glitch

ok, today i opened softimage, tried to render, then this error message appeared: PHEN 0.4 11MB error 051011: shader "Travesalcallback" not found

all my textures are black now, great

i tried to restart the software, no lock, restarted the computer, no luck, backupped the system, no luck, tryed to reinstall the it says that the si_base.dll(or something like that is missing). I searced for it, i only found xsi_base.dll. so i renamed id ti si_base, then another missing dll. SpringOp_Cpp.64.dll, there is no such dll, so i renamed a random dll. The software sucessfully installed, but i still have the missing shader error.

Im using the 2015 64bit student version on win 7

yesterday it was perfectly worked, didn't do anything with the software

any idea?
