Student Key not found

I am installing Maya for the first time with the student license . The problem is that when you type the product key you mark an error , but not so with the serial number . What can it be?

You can find your Student Serial Number via these steps. For the Product Keys, refer here. Please make sure that you have downloaded the correct version of the Product. You can also refer to our Virtual Agent for the download links. 

I was able to pull up your accunt and I'm seeing you have downloaded Autodesk Maya LT 2015, Autodesk Maya 2015 and Autodesk Mudbox 2015.
