Problem In Installing Maya 2014

Im having problem in installing of maya 2014, the install runtime just stop at "6 of 7 remaining" and dont continue...

Which download/installation method are you using? Install Now, Download Now or Browser Download? If you're using Install Now or Download Now, you may want to disable your firewall and anti-virus programs and download the software from our Virtual Agent linked here (click on Download Links, choose product and version).

A good first step to troubleshoot this issue is to make sure that your computer meets all the system requirements listed here and that you have admin permissions and your UAC is disabled.

Hi @camilo.lemos, thanks for the help.. But, I tried with "Virtual Agent Link" and the problem persist.. The screen stay frozen on the same time and did not continue the install 😞

Hi @Anonymous,

Did you try the rest of Camilo's suggestions above? Were the results exactly the same after following the steps that he offered? You may also want to try clearing your cookies /cache. Changing networks may also be helpful, as in try downloading from a coffee shop, a friend's house, work, school, etc.  Further details would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
