Maya 2015 uses Intel HD graphic adapter instead of AMD.

Title. How to switch it to AMD? Still new at Maya and I'm urging to learn lots of things about it. I apologize for the noob question.

Maybe it's too late to answer but if that can help some other guys.

Maya >> Window >> Settings/Preferences >> Preferences >> Display >> Scroll down to "Viewport 2.0" >>

Switch "OpenGL" to "DirectX11" for the rendering engine >> Restart Maya.

Sorry for reopening the topic, but I have the same issue as related here and doing what @Anonymous told to do didn't help.

My Maya 2015 continues showing the adapter as being the Intel Graphic Card instead of my AMD dedicated gpu.

Opening the Catalyst Control Center and changin Maya for hidh performance also didn't work.

I've looked everywhere on web and no one knows how to solve it, so please, if someone knows how to, give me a hand.
