Maya 2015 constant crash

I have Maya 2015 service pack 2 installed at work and it crashes about 6 times a day. The other people at my work are also experiencing the same problem. I have a PC 2.60 GHZ, 16 GB RAM, and and NVIDIA QUADRO k5000.

It sometimes crashes when I'm not even using maya, or even when i'm not using my computer. I am not pushing my RAM limit.

The only pattern I noticed is that it crashes more when I'm suing projection but that is not always the case.

Most of the time I get an dmp file that I can't read, but when it's a txt it's often:

Exception code: C0000005: ACCESS_VIOLATION - illegal read at address 0x00000013
Fault address: 558504FA in C:\Windows\system32\nvoglv64.DLL
0001:00A7F4FA Logical offset (see .map file for location)

or

Fault address: E64C4C3D in C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Maya2015\bin\FOUNDATION.dll

I have the same problem. The crashes happen at different times, doing different things. I haven't been able to determine exactly what specific action causes the crash. This morning, for example, I opened a file, added a camera and while I was looking at an ASCII file in another window, it crashed.

I am attaching some of my .dmp files and a couple of log files (it doesn't always create a log file)

nvoglv64.DLL is a video driver related file...

What driver version are you running?

I had updated my drivers before but I guess it the most recent ones did the job. Hasn't crashed for 2 days now. Thank you!
