We, development team of Deshya Technologies Pvt Ltd. brought a license for Autodesk 3DS Max 2014/15 and now facing problem during the installation of the Package. Some sub-packages are installed correctly but from "Material Library 2015 - Medium Resolution Library", it stuck in between Connecting and Downloading message. Is there any solution for this problem? Please check the attachment for problem details.
