Install MAX2015 without BB?

I just reinstalled 3DSMAX2015 and got this Warning message towards the end of the long install.  It went on to finish and does come up and looks fine, can someone tell me what this message may mean, is it a problem?

If the installation goes well it seems this is a generic issue from the Windows registry message, it doesn't mean it is not intalled properly, but it's kind of warning from Windows OS.
