Having trouble installing Maya Student Version on Windows 8.1

Greetings,

I am trying to assist my 14 year old with the install of Maya Student version on his new computer which has Windows 8.1. We are getting 4 Failed errors such as FAILED Autodesk Maya 2015, FAILED Metal Ray, Failed Direct Connect, Failed Application Manager.

Is there a paid tech support line I can try< 415 507 5000 doesnt seem to get me to a tech person even when pressing 9.

I just responded on your other post with potential options to resolve the error. As far as support goes, free educational licenses do have a variety of support resources, however phone based technical support is reserved at this time for paid subscription licenses.
