Export/Import License Transfer Util.

Recently I installed a new Hard Drive and a fresh install of Win7Pro-64.  All data is backed up and I previously Exported the MAX license using the LTU as instructed.  Later when I reistalled 3DSMAX 2015 on the new hard drive (same computer) the LTU in the Autodesk folder does not list an "Import" option. Max runs without a problem. Is this tool only used when moving the Lic. to a different computer? Not required in this instance? Will there be a problem later with my MAX2015 license sitting on Autiodesk's cloud?

Thanks

John R.

You can extropolate the location and the flags use for LTU here:

I suspect that your software auto-activated if you didn't use LTU to import the license.

David,
Thank you for the explanation and confirming this for for me.
MAX2015 is loading and running fine now but for this 'attached' message, when I Exit the program.
I thought I'd run it by you for your opinion.
I appreciate your help and tech support's fast response to issues.
Best.
