Exchange App installation location?

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to control the location that Maya 2014 Exchange Apps default to? Currently they install to the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins directory which is not the best setup in my current configuration. Is there a System Environment Variable I can use to control the install location? Thanks!

I would also like to have an answer for that.

With standard module description (.mod files) you can set an MAYA_MODULE_PATH env var, to have a single shared directory on the network, containing all your modules, without having to install them on each and every computer that contains maya.

With the xml description (PackageContents.xml), it seems your module (for example MayaBonusTools) has to be located in the local disk (C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\)

How to workaround this limitation ?

Thanks.
