Error in installing

Hi!

I'm a student and I am currently trying to install the Maya for my Windows pc, but everytime I attempt to install it, it keeps on saying that there's an error.

I have tried again and again, like 10 times and it's still causing the same problem.

The error message says 'installer encountered error and could not start the NetSession client'

Then its says in another error box 'Error downloading. Please install now again from the AutoDesk website'

It then closes the installation.I tried again after and it says exactly the same thing..

using this to download

and also uninstalling everthing including the stupid akalia or something, using ccleaner

once I did that I think I made sure I didn't install the direct connect with maya
