Communication Failure on 3ds Max startup

Hi guys,

Hope you'll be able to help me with this issue...

I just reinstalled windows on my laptop and trying to to install 3ds Max again.

But when i do, this error message appears :

I am downloading again using other way like "Browse Now" or "Install now" but I have a very bad connexion here so it will take really long...

Did some of you faced this problem before ?

I really need help cause I need this software to work on my school project which the deadline is mid january... T_T
