Backburner web 2015 first character

I've got the Web Monitor installed and apparently working on Windows 7 64-bit running on IIS. All apparently working ok except the server names and most other text attributes have only the first character showing. See below for examples. Running 2015.0.1 of backburner. Any help/ideas would be much appreciated. Desktop version of Monitor working perfectly.
