Backburner 2011 manager Runtime Error

I can not get backburner 2011 manager to even startup.
I get the following error;

==================================================================
Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files (x86)\Autodesk\Backburner\manager.exe
R6025
- pure virtual function call
============================================

I am running Win 7 64-bit on a dual quad-core intel machine.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Jeff

Same problem here. Only appeared after installing Updates/Service Pack/Nvidia Performance Drivers.

Not sure which one though as did them all in the same go.

Did you manage to solve it in the end Jeff?

Same problem with me. See if I can fix it. Will do update if I find the way to fix.

Same problem, although I don't even get an error message, it dies silently (or doesn't start silently, go figure).

Windows 7 64bits 8 cores. Nvidia updates too for a Quadra.

Just de- an reinstall MS Visual C as described in http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-2013-2014-2015/r6025-error-leads-to-fatal-error/td-p/3579724.

For me it worked!
