I downloaded 3ds max, but it won't open. I double click on the installation shortcut on the desktop of my computer and it gives me the spinning wheel next to my cursor. Then nothing happens- it doesn't open. I try to "uninstall" or "repair" the program and it says that it can't because it is already open, but it is not actually. I restart my computer and then I can "uninstall" or "repair" it.
It shows that I downloaded everything completely, no red X's like other people have been displaying on this forum.
I have uninstalled & reinstalled the 2012, 2013, and 2014 versions, none of them are any different. I can't even get to the part that lets me put in my codes.
I'm out of ideas. Any help?
