3Ds max Install not starting

HELP!! Downloaded installer and leave the web page open but when I open installer and say yes to install nothing happens after wards.

Can you try out the suggested solution in this Autodesk Solution and see if that helps out?

Autodesk program installation fails 

Additionally, you may also try to re-download the software from our Virtual Agent. From there, click on Download Links -> 3ds Max Products -> Autodesk 3ds Max -> Click on the link under the version you need.
