Please recognize that this here is a user-to-user forum. Most of us are neither working for Autodesk and are not paid for our support here.

So I guess noone will contact you just because we see your message.

If you want to have a call from Autodesk support you have to create a support case in your subscription center or going the steos described in >>>that thread<<<.

The wording "TSPLINE" points me to >>>that site<<< showing me that this is a plugin for Rhino, are you speaking about that? If so, does this question have anything to do with AutoCAD?
