Terrain Flow Arrows and Animation

The following idea comes from this thread topic.

It would be great to, at the very least, have a terrain theme available to show slope arrows on a terrain (similar to the Civil 3D surface property to show Slope Arrows). It would be even better (read "cooler") to have a terrain flow simulation available. Basically what I envision would be the same flow arrows that I mentioned above, just animated so you can visually see where rainwater would flow down a hillside for example. The ability to export to a video file format would also be a nice plus.

This. A small little plugin for Rhino does this really well, I would like to see something similar implemented in Infraworks:
