What are some of the strategies design teams are using to allow multiple people to work on the same InfraWorks project? Autodesk recently advised me that InfraWorks model data should be on your desktop, and not shared on a network file server. This was in response to a number of issues we were having with the model when two or more people access the same project.
We're working on a couple of very large projects. Most of the time, we have content developers producing data in CAD, GIS or a 3D modeling program, but at some point we want to be able to have 2 or 3 designers working on different proposals. If there are any changes made to the base model, we'd like to see them propogate to each proposal.
Has anyone found a way to make this work, without causing problems in the software, or creating issues where each of the designers is overwriting someone else's work?

After moving the model to 360, we've been having problems with the file size increasing exponentially. What was a 150MB project has become >2GB in the last three days, and it takes >1 hour to sync. This, combined with the fact that we can't always access InfraWorks 360 when we need to sync the model is wasting a lot of time.
