showmotion camera path

IM 2013.

Is there a way to create a camera path as an offset from the road centre?

I am looking for the same function as provided in C3D's Drive command.

Hi Kevin,

 

This is not something that works in AIM today but we're considering addressing this in a future release.

pelase, can help me about import the cam path from xyz data in format shape file? in 2012 i can use that. but in 2013 i can't. in the showmotion.xml the coordinate and elevation is wrong. if i copy the showmotion.xml to 2013 can be used, but not until the end of my street record.

Hi Thendyz,

 

With AIM 2013 r2 and InfraWorks 2014 (just released), we moved away from Showmotion to a new feature, called a Storyboard.  The Storyboard feature can import point data to define the path.  The help topic for this can be found here:
